What if the pain you're holding is costing you your vitality?
Forgiveness is how you take your power back.
In the last podcast episode about forgiveness, I explored how true healing begins when we choose to set ourselves free. Listen to the episode on Apple, Spotify, or the Website.
Let’s rethink what letting go truly means for you
Forgiveness calls you back to your own power. Resentment is like carrying a heavy stone on your head. It weighs down your energy, your health, and your spirit.
In Ayurveda and yogic psychology, unprocessed pain creates toxic residue. This can cloud your clarity and block your life force. Forgiveness clears space for renewal.
To begin, honor the pain fully. Sit with it. Name it. Feel it.
Then ask: Am I willing to release this for me?
Forgiveness is a declaration of self-respect.
Often, the person needing forgiveness is ourselves. Guilt can cage the heart and block love. Shama, the Vedic principle of divine forgiveness, helps us align with our highest self. It guides us forward with clarity and grace.
