Dr. Nibodhi has spent over 30 years helping people understand their bodies and find their way back to health. Not generic health. Their health. The kind that comes from knowing your own constitution and working with it.
He came to Ayurveda through personal experience. After years of searching for an approach that addressed root causes rather than managing symptoms, Ayurveda gave him the framework he had been looking for. That personal understanding is what he brings to every session.

From 2004 to 2024, Dr. Nibodhi volunteered full-time at a nonprofit Ayurvedic clinic in India. Not as a visitor. Not for a season. Twenty years working with real patients in a traditional clinical setting that most practitioners will never experience.
That sustained hands-on work is where theoretical knowledge becomes something else entirely. It is what he draws on every time he sits with someone.
